The Lines We Cross – s/t EP(2011) - Review

Tracklist:

1. Enlightened Path
2. Killed By Memories
3. The Cross
4. Shadows

Kaufempfehlung!!!

The Warriors - Never Forgive, Never Forget(2012) - Review

Hidden Track CD Only
16. Violence in Our Minds

After their last release on Randale Records, which was not the best in my opinion, The Warriors around Saxby got back to the good times. 13 new + 3 old songs full of great singalonghymns for the working class.

The Album starts with the smasher"England", which is one of the best patriotism songs i ever heard. "Budget Day Debate" is a great statement for the brutal injustice which hits the hardworkin and poor people by the government...fuck the politicians. "Pay to Play" takes up a theme which is really shit. Bands have to pay money for a location to play a gig and at that they get pranked. Higher and more Taxes,Mortgages and all the other financial disgrace, controlled by the government and bankers come together in the song "Bankrupt Britain".

I could write hours and hours about every song on this album, but i think you should just buy it and enjoy this one. Never Forgive, Never Forget is in my Top 5 Albums of the year and the year ends very soon hehe. Hope Mister Saxby and his bandmembers will come to germany soon to hear them live.

Pinta Facile - Ieri... Oggi(2012) - Review

Tracklist:

1 La Scimmia
2 Lo So
3 Quello Che Pensate
4 Vomito
5 Attimi Di Sconforto
6 La IX Penna Armata
7 Lo Non Ci Sto
8 No Politica
9 City Baby Attacked By Rats
10 La Mia Politicia Skinhead
11 Ribelle
12 La Tua Musica

Italy brought us a big load of great Oi and Streetpunk bands, like Klasse Kriminale,Los  Fastidios,Nabat and many many more. Pinta Facile is one of the new generation bands, founded 2005 in Rom. Ieri...Oggi is their second album after their 2008 release "Cattievi Pensieri".

Iam a lucky guy, cause the booklets includes the lyrics in italian AND english, my italian does not exist.
The 12 songs leave a dark impression about the prejudice for the way of life which we like so much.Doesn´t matter if family or the rest of the world, we have to stand against the wind of lies and prejudice. In my eyes a great statement by a really good band.

The best songs for me are "..Lo So!, which is a song about the son who didn´t live up to the parents expectations, "Rebelle" with the message never change for anybody, believe in what you do. "La IX penna armata" is a big Fuck off for the Berlusconi imperium and all the shitstormers of the press.

But these are just 3 songs i picked out, the whole album is a great punch in your face. So contact the band or their Record label Scarred For Life to buy it. Its a command!!!!
